Shipping & returns
Last updated 25 September 2026
Where we ship
We ship direct to Australia and New Zealand. Orders ship from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Based in Europe? ITB001 will be available through European record stores. Details soon. Join the newsletter or the ITB001 notify list and we’ll let you know where to buy.
Shipping costs & times
- Australia: €10, usually 3–7 business days
- New Zealand: €18, usually 5–12 business days
Shipping is added at checkout. All prices are in euros (EUR). Tracking is included on all orders.
Every record is packed in a rigid 12" mailer with stiffeners, and the record is taken out of its sleeve to help prevent seam splits in transit.
Pre-orders
Pre-order records are paid for at checkout and ship when the release is ready. The expected release date is shown on each record’s page. Pressing plants can run late, so dates may move. If a date changes, we’ll email you with the new date.
If your pre-order is delayed by more than 60 days past the original date, you can ask for a full refund at any time before it ships.
If you order a pre-order and an in-stock item together, the whole order ships when the pre-order is ready, unless you order them separately.
Tax, customs & duties
We’re not registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order. Orders to New Zealand may be charged import GST or fees by New Zealand customs on delivery. These are paid by the buyer.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your record arrives damaged, warped, has a manufacturing fault, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the record and the packaging. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. If a replacement isn’t available because the pressing has sold out, you’ll get a full refund.
Please keep the packaging until we’ve sorted it out, as couriers sometimes ask for it.
Change of mind
Our pressings are small, limited runs, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns once a record has shipped. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for 15 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, email us and we’ll open a claim with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers in New Zealand also have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
