About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from intotheblurrecords.com, run by Harrison Horton trading as Into the Blur Records (ABN 50 745 630 090). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping & returns and Privacy pages form part of these terms.

Where we sell

We sell and ship direct to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Customers elsewhere can buy our records through selected record stores and distributors.

Prices & payment

All prices are in euros (EUR). We’re not registered for GST, so no GST is included or added. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order, including for pre-orders. Your bank converts the amount to your currency and may charge a fee.

Your order

After checkout you’ll get an order confirmation email. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Limited pressings

Our records are pressed in small, limited runs, for example 100 copies. Orders are limited to 2 copies per release per customer so more people can get one. Once a pressing sells out, it may not be repressed.

Pre-orders

Pre-order release dates are estimates and can change because of pressing plant delays. See Shipping & returns for how delays and refunds work.

Product details

We describe each record as accurately as we can, including format, weight and tracklist. Images are for illustration, and small differences in colour, printing or finish can occur with vinyl and printed materials. Audio previews are short excerpts and may differ slightly from the final pressing.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered in Shipping & returns.

Consumer law

Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and New Zealand customers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Apart from those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Artwork & audio

All music, artwork, photography and logos on this site belong to Into the Blur Records or its artists and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
